Due to adverse weather the following road closures are in place across Northern New South Wales;
GRAFTON AND CASINO – Summerland Way is closed in both directions. Motorists are advised to use the Pacific Highway instead.
CLARENZA – Big River Way is closed in both directions between Summerland Way and Greens Lane. Heavy vehicles are able to take the Pacific Highway at Glenugie, light vehicles are being diverted at Centenary Drive.
CORINDI BEACH: Solitary Island Way is closed in both directions between Cox Lane and Coral Street. Motorists are advised to take the Pacific Highway instead.
LISMORE – Dawson Street at Leycester Street is closed in both directions. Terania Street and Peate Street are also closed.
THORA AND DORRIGO MOUNTAIN – Waterfall Way remains closed between Darkwood Road and Maynards Plains Road due to a landslide. Northbound motorists are able to take the Oxley Highway, Thunderbolts Way and Waterfall Way. Southbound motorists are able to take Armidale Road and Waterfall Way.
Motorists are advised to avoid driving in flood affected areas and motorists already in flood affected areas should follow the direction of emergency services.
