Boroondara Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after a Porsche and Mercedes were stolen by a man and a pant-less woman in Camberwell last month.
It is believed the duo forced entry to the home on Through Road on Saturday 4 January about 3.20am.
The man and woman crept through the address and stole clothing and jewellery before taking off in the victim's Porsche and Mercedes.
No one was home at the time.
Detectives have released images of the man and woman in the hope that someone may recognise them.
The man is Caucasian and wearing a black hoodie and blue cap.
The woman is Caucasian with blonde hair, wearing a black hoodie and no pants.
The Mercedes has since been recovered in Forest Hill and the Porsche in Glen Iris.
