Detectives from Southern Investigations have issued a Notice to Appear to a 34-year-old man for negligently causing serious harm.
The man allegedly assaulted a male taxi driver at the Alice Springs Airport on Monday 5 August 2024. The victim suffered injuries as a result of the incident requiring hospitalisation.
The man is due to appear in the Alice Springs Local Court on 26 September 2024.
