They've been busy connecting with stakeholders and service providers across Cooktown, Coen, Aurukun, and Weipa, discussing the Joint Regional Needs Assessment and Joint Regional Wellbeing Plan - two huge and important bodies of work for our region.
Even when the road is long, our work doesn't stop! Just 30km outside Aurukun, the team made a quick stop to conduct a Medicare Mental Health Centre market briefing via Starlink satellite technology.
