Communities in the Shoalhaven region will benefit from a $210,000 funding boost from the NSW Government to upgrade facilities at Milton Ulladulla and Shoalhaven Hospitals.
The Minns Labor Government is investing a total of almost $12 million in 61 projects as part of the Regional Health Minor Works Program.
Projects in the Shoalhaven region include:
- Milton Ulladulla Hospital Upgrade Main Entry- $130,000 to upgrade the entry doors and security system to provide a safe and accessible point of entry to the hospital. The upgrade will also better support access for hospital equipment through the main entryway.
- Shoalhaven Hospital Warm Water System Heat Exchangers Replacement - $80,000 to replace the existing water system to ensure the ongoing provision of reliable hot water at optimal temperatures, which is important for patient comfort as well as clinical care.
