NSW Player Wins $30 Million Powerball Jackpot

A single lucky player from New South Wales has won the massive $30 million Division One prize pool in the Powerball draw no. 1404 held on Thursday, 13 April 2023. The winning numbers were 27, 33, 19, 29, 5, 12, and 15, with a Powerball number of 4.

The total prize pool for the draw reached an astounding $50,354,326.78, and cash prizes were awarded across all nine divisions. Two winners in Division Two will each receive $281,829.15, sharing a total prize pool of $563,658.30.

In Division Three, 73 winners will each take home $4,718.60, making the total prize pool for this division $344,457.80. Division Four saw 1,518 winners, with each player winning $412.55 and a total prize pool of $626,250.90.

The prize pool for Division Five was $469,737.00, with 3,015 winners each receiving $155.80. In Division Six, 41,839 winners will each collect $72.60, with a total prize pool of $3,037,511.40. Division Seven had 57,663 winners, who will each receive $41.25, sharing a total prize pool of $2,378,598.75.

Divisions Eight and Nine also awarded cash prizes, with 260,035 and 747,746 winners in each division, respectively. Division Eight winners will each receive $18.05, sharing a total prize pool of $4,693,631.75. Lastly, Division Nine winners will each be awarded $11.00, with a total prize pool of $8,225,206.00.
