Police have released CCTV vision and are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery in Sydney's south west, late last year.
Just after 3.40pm on Wednesday (27 December 2023), police were called to an address on Chamberlain Street, Campbelltown, following reports of an armed robbery.
On arrival, officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command spoke to two men – both aged 20 – at the scene.
Police were told that another group of two men – armed with machetes – allegedly entered the address before fleeing with a number of items in a red Kia sedan.
There were no reports of injuries.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstance surrounding the incident.
As inquiries continue, detectives would like to speak with two men, who may be able to assist police with their inquiries.
The first man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, of medium build.
The second man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of slim build.
