NSW Police Seek Public Help to Find Missing Central Coast Teen

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Central Coast.

Scarlett Begnell, age 17, was last seen leaving a home on Eastern Road, Tumbi Umbi on Friday 10 May 2024.

When she could not be located or contacted, she was reported missing to Tuggerah Lakes Police District on Sunday (13 May 2024), with officers commencing inquiries to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for Scarlett's welfare.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build with blonde hair and brown eyes, and is believed to be carrying a brown designer style handbag.

Scarlett is known to frequent the Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland and Sydney areas.
