Widespread heavy rainfall has now eased across NSW, though scattered showers remain.

Multiple Flood Warnings are currently in place including;

• Minor - Major Flood Warning for the Hawkesbury and Nepean Rivers

• Minor Flood Warning for the Cooks River

• Minor Flood Warning for the Woronora River

• Minor Flood Warning for the Shoalhaven River

• Minor Flood Warning for the St Georges Basin

• Minor Flood Warning for the Deua River

• Minor Flood Warning for the Hastings River

Within the Hawkesbury-Nepean Valley NSW State Emergency Service (SES) efforts today will include the establishment of a resupply sector at Wiseman's Ferry from this morning and crews undertaking door knocking and community engagement within impacted communities.

At present 12 areas along the river have been advised to evacuate due to rising floodwaters that may impact their access and egress routes. Road closures include the Menangle Bridge, Camden Valley Way, Yarramundi Bridge and Richmond Bridge. The Windsor Bridge remains open at this stage. Ferry Services have been impacted overnight, with Transport for NSW advising assessments on operations will be made during the day based on river conditions.

An Evacuation Centre has been established at the Richmond Club, 6 East Market St, Richmond.
