NT Health is seeking feedback on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis and medication prescribing practices from Territorians with lived experience of ADHD.
This feedback will help NT Health develop regulatory reforms to ADHD diagnosis and medication prescribing practices that promote patient access to care while maintaining protections for the safe and appropriate prescribing of medicines.
The end goal is for these regulatory changes to make it easier for Territorians to receive a diagnosis and access ongoing care or medications.
Feedback is also being sought from carers of those with ADHD, GPs, specialists and healthcare organisations involved in the treatment of ADHD.
