NT Police Pursue Leads on Alice Springs Domestic Violence 9 August

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to a domestic violence incident that occurred in Alice Springs yesterday.

Around 5.40am, police received reports of multiple people with injuries due to alleged stabbings at a residence in Sadadeen.

A 21-year-old female had allegedly assaulted a 25-year-old male with a broken bottle, resulting in serious injuries to his face. The offender allegedly proceeded to stab a 22-year-old male and a 52-year-old female, with both suffering injuries to their head and upper body respectively.

The persons involved are believed to be known to one another.

All presented to Alice Springs Hospital and received medical treatment.

Police responded and located and seized the bottle used, and investigations are ongoing.
