NTU Singapore is ranked first in Singapore and third in Asia in this year's QS World University Rankings: Asia, tying with the National University of Singapore (NUS).
NTU Deputy President and Provost Professor Christian Wolfrum said: "In the latest Asia rankings by QS, NTU and NUS are tied at third position in Asia, and first in Singapore. As the youngest university in the top five, the ranking reflects the extraordinary progress NTU has made in just 34 years. NTU has performed well across key indicators, including academic and employer reputation, research citations and international faculty."
"NTU will continue to drive innovation and research excellence, attract world-class talent, and shape the future through cutting-edge research and transformative ideas."
The achievement results reflect the University's growing global reputation for producing impactful research and nurturing graduates who are highly sought after by employers worldwide. NTU has consistently been recognised among the region's top institutions for its excellence in education, research, and innovation.
The university's latest achievement follows its strong showing in other global league tables. Earlier this year, NTU was ranked 12th in the QS World University Rankings, reaffirming its position among the world's leading universities.
