Police can advise one person has died following a serious crash on Great North Road, Grey Lynn earlier this morning.
The crash, reported around 3:35am, involved two vehicles and the person sadly passed away at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit are attending to carry out a scene examination.
The road is blocked and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
