The driver of a milk tanker has died following a crash this morning in Waimate District.
It happened just after 8am on Old Ferry Road in Morven, and did not involve any other vehicles.
A helicopter was called, but the driver passed away at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit was advised and the circumstances of the crash are under investigation.
