Police can now release the name of the man who died in a motorcycle crash on State Highway 2, Dannevirke on Friday.
He was 59-year-old Brendon Pinfold of Roslyn, Palmerston North.
Police extend our condolences to his friends and family at this difficult time.
Another person involved in the crash remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
