Police can now release the name of the man who died following a collision between a car and a tree on Somerville Road, Okoroire, South Waikato.
The crash occurred around 7pm Wednesday 3 April.
He was 36-year-old James Burt, of Putaruru, South Waikato.
Police extend our condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
