Police can now release the name of the woman who died following a crash at the intersection of Mountain and Cornwall Roads, Ngaere, on Saturday 27 July.
She was 35 year old Shannon Trisan Lorraine Wetini of Hawera.
Police extend their deepest sympathies to Shannon's family and friends at this difficult time.
