Police are now able to release the name of the cyclist who died after a crash in Te Puke on Tuesday 9 April.
He was 66-year-old Dennis Malcolm Hills of Papamoa.
Police extends its condolences to his family and friends.
The crash occurred on the Te Puke Highway around 4:50am. The investigation into the crash is continuing.
