Police can now name the man who died in a crash on Nikau Road, Pahiatua, on 29 December.
He was Ian Graham Morgan, aged 62, of Eketahuna.
Police extend their sympathies to Mr Morgan's family and loved ones.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
