Police can now name the person who died following a crash on State highway one, Taihape, Friday 20 October.
He was 27-year-old Java Sinisa, of Mount Eden, Auckland.
Polices sympathies are with his family and friends.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
