The candidates for Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS): Ana María Sanchez of Peru, and Laura Gil of Colombia, (in speaking order to be determined by drawing of lots at the meeting) will present their proposals and initiatives for the hemispheric Organization during the 2020-2025 period to representatives of civil society accredited to the OAS, on Tuesday, April 8 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) at the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington DC.
