The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting to receive the Report "20 Years of the Belize-Guatemala Adjacency Zone Office" and to commemorate International Francophonie Day, among other topics, on Wednesday, March 20 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT), at the Simon Bolivar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC.
