OAS Permanent Council to Receive Electoral Observation Manual and Commemorate International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexphobia and Transphobia May 13, 2024
The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 15 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Simon Bolivar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC., to receive the final version of the Second Edition of the "OAS Manual for Electoral Observation Missions" and to Commemorate the International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT), among other topics.
