The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Friday, January 24, at 9:30 EST (14:30 GMT) in the Simon Bolivar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., to receive the report of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) entitled "Venezuela: Grave Human Rights Violations in the Electoral Context"; to commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance Day, to receive the "Thirty-Seventh Semi-Annual Report of the Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia of the Organization of American States (MAPP-OAS)," and to commemorate the Fifteenth Anniversary of the Earthquake of January 12, 2010 in Haiti, among other topics.
