The Permanent Council and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) of the Organization of American States will hold a joint meeting TOMORROW, Wednesday, March 12 at 9:30 EDT (13:30 GMT) in the Simon Bolivar Room, to commemorate International Women's Day, under the theme "Autonomous women, young women, and girls: Empowerment, rights, and liberties for all, without discrimination."
