Omnidian ("the Company"), a leading global provider of performance assurance for renewable energy assets, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Brisbane-based Solar Service Guys Pty Ltd ("Solar Service Guys" or "SSG"). This strategic move underscores Omnidian's deep commitment to supporting Australia's rapidly growing renewable energy sector, providing local expertise, and delivering best-in-class, nationwide service offerings to OEMs, residential and commercial solar retailers, and their customers.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Omnidian's presence in the Australian market-the world's leading solar market per capita-and expands its service offerings and coverage to better serve clients and partners across the region. Through its local subsidiary, Omnidian has been serving the Australian market since early 2022.
Solar Service Guys joins Omnidian as a fully integrated subsidiary, and the combined organization will leverage SSG's in-depth knowledge of the Australian market, its extensive on-the-ground service network, and Omnidian's advanced technology platform-trained on over 380,000 asset years of data and purpose-built to deliver game-changing business insights for renewable energy investors and asset owners.
