Operation Furious Targets Dangerous Driving on Hume Highway

NSW Police will address the media about Operation Furious, one of the largest cross-border high visibility road safety operations in recent times, by NSW Police and Victoria Police this week.

Operation Furious, started yesterday (Monday 17 June 2024) and runs until Thursday 20 June, and will be targeting speeding and dangerous driving on the Hume Highway from Haberfield, in Sydney's Inner West, to Albury on the New South Wales/Victorian border, in conjunction with NSW Police, Operation Hamilton will be conducted by Victoria Police from Wodonga on the New South Wales/Victorian border to Melbourne.
