Ten people have been charged with 50 offences following high visibility police patrols in Toowoomba as part of Operation Victor Unison.
PolAir, Mounted Police Unit and general duty officers were involved in the two-day operation which commenced on Friday, June 2.
A 38-year-old Wilsonton Heights man was arrested in Drayton on June 2 and charged with 26 offences including dangerous operation of a vehicle, burglary, stealing, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, disqualified driving, drive unregistered vehicle, attach false plates to vehicle and evade.
He is due before Toowoomba Magistrates Court on July 7.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested in Harlaxton on June 2 and charged with 18 offences, including possession of property suspected stolen, possess dangerous drugs, stealing, burglary, dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, evade and attach false plates.
He will appear before Toowoomba Childrens Court at a later date.
A 43-year-old North Toowoomba woman was arrested in Harlaxton on June 2 and charged with one count each of possess dangerous drugs, possess anything used in the commission of crime, enter premises, receive tainted property and unlawful possession of suspected stolen property.
She is due before Toowoomba Magistrates Court on June 20.
Darling Downs District Officer Superintendent Doug McDonald said the high visibility operation was designed to disrupt crime and ensure community safety.
