Operator Needed: Old Parliament House Tennis Courts

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has released a Request for Proposal to Operate and manage the Old Parliament House Rose Gardens Tennis Courts, Parkes Canberra. This request offers an outstanding opportunity for creative operators with vision and an innovative approach to operate and manage a unique recreational sporting facility located in the heart of the Parliamentary Zone. The permitted activity in the licensed area will be for the operation of community-based tennis programs, tournaments and junior holiday tennis coaching and the management of public bookings to use the courts. The NCA envisages an initial licence agreement term of three years, with the option to extend for another two years.
