OracleCMS Incident: Customers Informed Of Data Breach

We have written to inform some customers that their data was subject to a cyber incident involving OracleCMS, our supplier of telephone customer service for waste and out-of-hours support.

The leaked data was limited to customer names, addresses and preferred contact methods (phone/email).

We have been assured that the information breached would not pose any direct risks to our customers, although we advise customers to be wary of providing additional details if they receive unsolicited calls, or click links in emails, text messages or other digital communications.

All impacted customers are advised to speak to data breach specialists IDCare for advice and support regarding the incident.
