A drink driver was found to be more than three times over the limit in Lyndhurst last night.
Two eagle-eyed paramedics were waiting at a fast food outlet drive-through on Westernport Highway, Skye when they observed a car allegedly side-swipe the building wall about 10pm on 2 December.
Paramedics followed the black Mazda and alerted police to the vehicle, which was driving oddly along Thompsons Road in Lyndhurst.
Officers responded and spoke to 35-year-old driver who appeared to be under the influence.
The Point Cook woman underwent a breath test and returned an alleged evidentiary reading of .168.
The woman is expected to be charged on summons with exceed the prescribed concentration of alcohol whilst driving, drive whilst prescribed concentration of alcohol 0.05 or above, and drive unregistered motor vehicle.
