Northern Territory Police have charged a 23-year-old male with Gross Indecency without Consent after an incident at a business in Palmerston.
On 17 November 2024, the adult male victim allegedly attended a business in Palmerston where he was indecently assaulted by an employee.
The victim made a report to police and an investigation was commenced by the Sex Crimes Unit.
Detectives arrested the 23-year-old man yesterday where he was granted bail to appear at Darwin Local Court today.
