Police can now release the name of the man who died following an altercation in Panmure on Monday evening.
He was John Tofu Ioane, aged 52, from Favona.
Police are continuing to make enquiries into his death, with one person being charged in connection with this incident, however no one else is being sought in relation to this matter.
Police and victim support are supporting Mr Ioane's family at this difficult time.
