Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating following a fatal collision that claimed the life of a pedestrian in Inverloch yesterday.
It is believed a car hit a male pedestrian in a car park on Reilly Street about 10.15am.
Paramedics worked on the pedestrian, an 85-year-old Inverloch man, but he died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, an 84-year-old Inverloch woman has been interviewed by police and released pending further enquiries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
