Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Baldivis on Monday, 15 July 2024.
About 4pm, a white Toyota RAV4 station wagon was travelling north on Nairn Drive and as the vehicle approached the roundabout at the intersection with Safety Bay Road, the vehicle struck a male pedestrian.
The pedestrian fell onto the road and was tragically struck by a second vehicle, a black Mazda CX9 station wagon that was also travelling on Nairn Drive.
The 76-year-old pedestrian sustained critical injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Rockingham General Hospital where he died a short time later.
