Pedestrian Struck In Shenton Park

Officers from Road Policing Group North are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Shenton Park on Monday, 9 September 2024.

About 6.45pm, a 55-year-old woman was driving a grey Nissan X-Trail station wagon along Onslow Road when the vehicle struck an 81-year-old male pedestrian at the intersection of Herbert and Onslow Roads in Shenton Park.

The 81-year-old man was conveyed to hospital and was treated for a broken ankle.

Investigators are urging anyone with any information relating to this crash, or who saw the grey Nissan X-Trail station wagon, or the pedestrian, in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
