The Penn State Water Conference, titled "Water on the Horizon," is presented by the Penn State Association of Water Students (PAWS) and the Water Council. The annual student-led event brings together experts, researchers and students across disciplines to explore pressing domestic and global water challenges.
The conference is also accepting presentation proposals. Submissions can be made when registering.
This year's event will have a forward-looking perspective and will foster dialogue on innovative solutions for sustainable water management through dynamic discussions on the future of water research and policy.
The event is also supported by the Institute of Energy and the Environment, the National Science Foundation, the Pennsylvania Water Resources Research Center and the Penn State Science Policy Society.
