Invercargill Police have today arrested and charged a person after a fatal crash on State Highway 6 near Lochiel on 25 February.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested on two drunk driving related charges.
The man is due to appear in Invercargill District Court on Tuesday 21 March.
One person remains in hospital in a serious condition.
