Emergency services have responded to a single vehicle crash on the Kings Highway at Nelligen, south of Braidwood on the NSW Southern Tablelands, NSW Police say.
The crash occurred about 12.40pm today.
At least one person was airlifted to Canberra Hospital with critical injuries. Other patients are being treated on site by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
