Perth Market Snapshot: Week Ending 30 March 2025

Sales transactions in Perth last week were up 14.9 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 1,019 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 8.4 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were up 21.6 per cent and land sales were up 88.6 per cent.

Perth's lowest sale price: Glendalough and Gosnells – $340,000

There were 5,091 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 0.9 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 0.9 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings decreasing 1.1 per cent and listings for vacant land remaining similar to the previous week.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 5.4 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 41.8 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,112 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 1.8 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 4.8 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 14.2 per cent higher than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 737 properties leased last week, which is 11.5 per cent higher than the previous week, 7.9 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 43.4 per cent higher than a year ago.
