Perth Weekly Market Snapshot: 8 June 2025

Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 8.8 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 911 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were down 14.7 per cent compared to the week prior and unit sales were up 9.8 per cent while land sales remained stable.

Perth's lowest sale price: Mount Lawley – $255,000

There were 4,145 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.5 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 3.3 per cent compared to the week prior and unit listings decreasing 2.5 per cent while listings for vacant land were similar to the week prior.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 13.6 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 27.5 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,315 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.5 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is similar to four weeks ago and 6.8 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 667 properties leased last week, which is 5 per cent higher than the previous week, 4.2 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 16 per cent higher than a year ago.
