Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 8 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 301 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were down 10.3 per cent compared to the week prior and unit sales were down 9 per cent, while land sales were up 33.3 per cent.

There were 4,307 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 6 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 5.8 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings decreasing 7.6 per cent and listings for vacant land decreasing 4.2 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 22.5 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 18.6 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 1,934 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 7.1 per cent up on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 14.3 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 6 per cent higher than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 244 properties leased last week, which is 6.6 per cent higher than the previous week but 62.1 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 20.5 per cent lower than a year ago.
