RISKS FACED BY PEOPLE IN THE AREA: Smoke from this fire may affect visibility, Active fire may occur close to the roadside, Firefighting crews may be working close to the roadside.
ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: Bushfires NT advises that the Dundee Volunteer Bushfire Brigade will be conducting planned roadside burning operations along Namarada Drive road verge, between Fog Bay Road and Mermaid Circuit, commencing today 29th April and continuing through to 14th June 2026.
These works form part of ongoing fuel reduction activities aimed at decreasing bushfire risk to surrounding communities, infrastructure, and road users.
