Police are appealing for public assistance as investigations continue into the intimidation of two passengers travelling on a train in the Sydney CBD last month.
About 6.15pm (Friday 22 October 2021), a man – believed to be aged in his 50's – has allegedly intimidated two male passengers travelling on a train between Martin Place and Town Hall.
Officers attached to the North/Central Police Transport Command were notified and commenced an investigation into the incident.
As inquiries continue, police have released a CCTV image of a man who may be able to assist with ongoing inquiries.
The man depicted in the CCTV is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a slim build and about 185cm tall.
He is depicted wearing a black vest, a blue long-sleeved shirt, black pants and a black hat with sunglasses.
Police were told the man may have spoken with a European accent.
As investigations continue, police are urging anyone who may have information to contact police.
