Police Appeal To Locate Boy Missing From Albury

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from the state's south.

Garry Holmes, aged 12, was last seen at a home in Springdale Heights, Albury, about 8am yesterday (Friday 30 August 2024).

When he left for school and did not return, officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Garry is described as being of Caucasian appearance, and about 165cm tall with slim build with brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt, navy blue pants, and a red and white cap.

Police believe he may have attended a shopping centre on Griffith Road, Lavington, about 3.15pm yesterday.
