Police Appeal To Locate Child With Autism In Sydney CBD

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from the Sydney CBD.

Nawaf Alanazi, aged 13, was last seen near the Sydney Opera House, about 3pm today (Thursday 11 July 2024).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Nawaf's welfare as he is non-verbal and autistic.

He is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, tall with heavy build and short black hair.

Nawaf was last seen wearing a black jacket and green pants.
