Police Appeal To Locate Girl Missing From Sydney's West 27 July

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney's west.

Starleigh Bates aged 13, was last seen at Cambridge Park, about 6am yesterday (Friday 26 July 2024).

When she failed to return home and was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Starleigh is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 157cm tall, of medium build, with dyed brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper and black tracksuit pants.

She is known to frequent the Cambridge Park, Weston and Newcastle areas.

Inquiries have established that she may have been in the vicinity of Penrith Railway Station about 6pm yesterday (Friday 26 July 2024).
