Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Ingleside

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's north west.

John Grainger, aged 64, was last seen in Ingleside about 2.30pm today (Tuesday 1 October 2024).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

John is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, with a thin build and grey balding hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve polo style shirt, and blue cargo pants.

John is known to frequent the Ingleside and Elanora Heights areas.
