Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Elvis Potaua, 22-years-old, was last seen leaving a home in Fairfield on Saturday (1 February) to go for a walk.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Fairfield Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Elvis's welfare as he lives with a medical condition.
Elvis is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 180cm tall, of slim build, with short dark hair.
He was last seen wearing dark blue polo shirt, dark shorts and dark sneakers.
Elvis is known to frequent the Fairfield, Cabramatta, Smithfield and Wetherill Park areas.
