Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing man from Sydney's Inner West.
Leslie Johnson, aged 61, was last seen at medical facility in Camperdown on Wednesday 5 February 2025.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers from Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
There are concerns for Leslie's welfare as he lives with a number of health conditions.
Leslie is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165cm - 170cm tall, thin to medium build with dark/grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and black thongs.
Leslie is known to frequent the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
